The Challenge
Zen were embarking on several highly strategic IT programmes to further drive business growth. They needed a partner who could quickly deploy highly skilled and experienced developers to work flexibly across their challenging portfolio to boost capacity and bring in fresh experience, technical insight and ways of working.
The Solution
CQE worked closely with Zen to build up knowledge of their business needs and technical challenges. We then developed a flexible partnership agreement allowing us to quickly deploy our consultants to work in Zen’s most challenging and strategic programmes. Our consultants brought their deep skills in .NET, AWS and C# development to deliver top quality code and to share their knowledge across the broader Zen team.

Through on-the-job coaching we have helped to develop the skills of some of Zen’s junior developers and we have collaborated to solve several complex technical challenges.
