Phil is one of the UK’s most experienced testing executives. For 12 years he led IBM’s Test/QA Practice in UK and Europe. He holds over 38 years of experience in IT and has majored in Testing and QA for the last 22 years.

Phil is highly experienced in procuring, transitioning and delivering managed testing services, using both onshore and offshore models. He holds a Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Oxford University Business School.
